Is this a live property management account?
No. This website contains a read-only product illustration with fictional records. It does not connect to an account, send emails, store property information or initiate payments.
Where will I log in?
The property management system will be at app.aerorent.com.au. Formal login is not yet open. This website is the product, pricing and demonstration entry point.
About the login entryDoes AeroRent move rent or connect to my bank?
Live bank debits, payouts, automated bank reconciliation and refunds are not enabled. Current billing workflows record payment declarations and manually verified receipts. Provider sandbox testing is separate from real funds.
Can my team work in English and Chinese?
Yes. The application supports English and Chinese interface text. Names, addresses, uploaded documents and your own notes remain in their original language.
Does the software replace agency review or formal notices?
No. Your team still reviews financial records, reports and communications. An inspection reminder does not replace a required formal entry notice. Confirm the rules that apply to the property and your agency.
